Declaration on accessibility

Vinergy GmbH endeavors to make this website and its content accessible in accordance with the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) and the underlying European standard EN 301 549. The aim is to give all people - regardless of their individual abilities - equal access to our online offering.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

Due to the size of our company, we are not yet obliged to ensure the accessibility of our website; we fall under the exceptions to the German Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG).

Nevertheless, this website is currently partially compliant with the requirements of EN 301 549 as amended. Individual content or functions do not yet fully meet the accessibility criteria. We are continuously working to identify and remove existing barriers.

Content that is not yet accessible

  • Some images and graphics do not yet have complete alternative texts.

  • Videos do not yet have the option of displaying the text, for example.

  • Certain elements (e.g. overlays and some buttons) are not yet fully keyboard accessible.

  • Some PDFs are not yet barrier-free because texts are still embedded as images.
